These terms will govern the use of Chazon PFMS by any farm ("Customer")
signing up for the hosted service. Before this page is ready to link
from an actual signup flow, it needs a lawyer to define, at minimum:
- What is being provided (the service description) and its availability commitments
- Billing terms, trial terms, and what happens on cancellation or non-payment
- Data ownership — the farm's own records always belong to the farm
- Liability limits and warranty disclaimers
- Governing law and dispute resolution (relevant jurisdiction: Kenya)
- How these terms may change, and how customers are notified
Until this document is replaced with reviewed, final terms, no farm should
be asked to accept it as a condition of using the service.
